We collect information you give us directly, including your name, email address, account settings, and any profile details you choose to add. If you sign up through Supabase Auth, your password is stored as a secure hash, not in plain text.

We also collect the baseball data you create or upload in the app, such as team names, player records, lineup assignments, batting order preferences, saved lineups, notes, and related metadata.

When you make a payment, Stripe processes the transaction. We do not store credit card numbers or full card details. We may receive limited billing information such as your Stripe customer ID, plan status, and payment history.

We collect usage data when you use the service, including pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and basic activity logs that help us keep the app reliable.

We use your information to provide the Diamond Lineups service, create and save your teams and lineups, authenticate your account, and keep your data available across sessions and devices.

We use payment details to activate and manage subscriptions, handle billing, and confirm access to Pro features.

We send transactional emails through Resend, such as account confirmations, password reset messages, subscription notices, and contact form replies.

We also use data to improve the platform, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and understand which features matter most to coaches and teams.

Your data is stored in Supabase, which provides PostgreSQL databases, authentication, and storage infrastructure for the app.

We use HTTPS and TLS to protect information in transit, and we rely on encryption at rest and platform safeguards provided by our infrastructure partners.

Access to records is controlled through row-level security policies and application safeguards designed to limit access to the right account and the right user.

No online system is perfect, but we take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

All payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe is responsible for processing card data and is designed to support PCI-DSS compliant payment handling.

We never store credit card numbers, CVC codes, or full card details on our servers. We only keep the minimum information needed to manage your subscription, such as your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing plan.

We send transactional email through Resend for account-related messages, contact confirmations, password resets, and important service updates.

We do not send marketing emails without your consent. If we ever offer optional marketing messages, you will be able to opt in and opt out separately from service notifications.

If you receive a non-essential email from us, it will include an unsubscribe or preference link when required. You can also contact us directly to manage email preferences.

We use essential session cookies for authentication through Supabase Auth and a locale preference cookie that helps remember your language choice for up to one year.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for ad profiling.

We may store app preferences in localStorage, such as UI settings or cached state that helps the product load faster and remember your choices.

Diamond Lineups relies on a small number of trusted service providers to operate the platform. Each provider may process limited personal data on our behalf.

We keep account data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Team data, player data, lineup data, and related content are deleted when you delete your account, unless we must retain some information for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security reasons.

Payment records and invoices may be retained for as long as required by law or for legitimate accounting and compliance purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information.

Diamond Lineups includes export features that let you download your data in formats such as JSON and CSV, which can help you review or move your information.

You can request correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your account and associated data, or opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us.

Diamond Lineups is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to review and remove the data where appropriate.

Your information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate.

Our application is hosted on Vercel, including infrastructure in the US East region, and our backend services rely on Supabase infrastructure that may also process data outside your home country.

By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different privacy laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, our practices, or legal requirements.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page or by using another reasonable method of notice.

Continued use of Diamond Lineups after the effective date of the updated policy means you accept the revised terms.
