📄1. Use of the Service
Diamond Lineups provides a web-based platform for creating and managing baseball lineups. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your information to keep it accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.
💳3. Subscriptions and Payments
Billing
Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for recurring subscription fees.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate.
Pricing Changes
We may change subscription fees at any time. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.
After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan. Your data will be retained for a reasonable period in case you choose to resubscribe.
5. Refund Policy
Because access to paid features is granted immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis — for example, if the service was materially unavailable during your billing period.
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge in question.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Diamond Lineups service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are owned by Diamond Lineups and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using the service (e.g., lineups, team rosters, player data). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you input. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of any lineup suggestions, statistical calculations, or other outputs generated by the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Lineups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
